At each businessman and the businessman is a lot of duties. They should not only supervise over business, but also trade in this business.

But how many it is necessary to spend time for marketing?

You should spend at least half of time for marketing! As a matter of fact, there are two duties of the businessman on which it should waste time:

1. Time for the activity connected with increase of proceeds.
2. Development of the marketing plan of business.

Your time – a valuable thing, therefore it is not necessary to spend it for problems which everyone could make in vain. Half of time should leave on reception of the income. It can include clients, manufacture of the goods. Other half of time should be spent for marketing, for growth of your business. It includes a writing of press releases, creation of electronic magazine, advertising, construction of marketing attitudes or the Internet marketing. That is, any activity which will help to increase number of your clients.

But how to be with “other” operations, concerning business? Such as payment of accounts, accounts, performance of orders, accounts department and other administrative tasks?

Find a way to charge these “other” tasks to other workers. Then you can focus time for two your main duties. Employ people who will do administrative work for you. Employ the bookkeeper, the lawyer, partners under the real estate, a web of developers and all others who would be required for “other” tasks. You should not have office to arrange all these people. Simply pay in it for their certain services when they are necessary for you. Do not think, that you do not presume to employ these people. If you will not employ them, you will spend services of lawyers, bookkeepers, assistants, agents for this time which costs much more expensively,than. Having paid for their help, you have time to execute two main tasks and to increase the business.

Look back? All of you do? You waste time on activity which others could make? If yes, reconstruct the business. Also create such structure that you had time for marketing activity and increase in proceeds.
