Management of activity is a complex of systematical processes which help the enterprises to find effective methods of use of their structural divisions, financial, human and material resources.

Managerial process by activity includes:

3) Development - increase of potential;

The first process, planning, structurization of ideas, how it is necessary to direct activity to reach the purposes of the organization. By attraction of workers in this process, there will be clearer understanding of the purposes of the organization, that it is necessary to make why it it is necessary for making andas it is necessary to do it.

The second process in management of activity - the control. It includes a consecutive estimation of efficiency and development of remarks for workers who are directed on achievement of the organizational purposes. The estimation of workers allows the head to see, whether there correspond workers to in advance established standards, and to make amendments.

Development, the third process, can be certain as potential. It can be organized through trainings, seminars and projects which will help to introduce new skills or to improve methods of work. Development helps to stimulate good productivity, to strengthen professional skills and the competence, to help employees to go in step with changes in manufacture.

From time to time the organizations consider expedient to sum up productivity of workers. It is a part of the fourth managerial process by activity, a rating. It allows to compare a number of workers either their behaviour or their productivity during an estimation.

In the productive organization, awards are used often and reasonably. Rewarding is fifth managerial process by activity. It means a recognition of the contribution of workers in achievement of mission of the organization. The main principle of efficient control consists in that, any behaviour depends on its consequences.

All five components or processes become result natural and efficient control activity. Each process should be executed so that it it was possible to coordinate and provide support to heads and subordinates. Application of these processes should include statement of the purposes; scheduling; measurement of progress in achievement of these purposes, and also stimulation of a feedback with workers. You should put high standards, but never it is necessary to forget about development of the necessary skills necessary for achievement of the purposes.
